The FRANS INDONGO GROUP, a leading motor dealership group in Namibia, is seeking to appoint a GROUP FINANCIAL MANAGER of the TOYOTA MOTOR DIVISION.
Key Performance Areas
- Financial management and financial control of the Toyota Division with the collective theme of centralization and standardization
- Exercising continuous operational control, together with the GM of the Motor Division, by means of the implemented control systems
- Assistance in the drafting of the Toyota Division Strategic Plan and the implementation thereof
- Assisting the GM of the Motor Division to lead and build capable, motivated teams
- Ensure that all statutory obligations are fully complied with
- Collate and analyse Dealerships’ monthly financial statements and management reports for reporting to the General Manager
- Board pack compilation, interpretative report writing and presentation
- Act as convenor and administrator for Board and Exco meetings
- Manage and control cash flow, including banks and floorplan, through effective utilization
- Implement effective controls for debtors, creditors and cash
- Assist in preparing group annual budgets
- Assist in streamlining business operations
- Identify business risks and address same through recommended mitigating controls

- Strong analytical and interpretative skills, particularly around financial figures
- Excellent report writing skills
- Highly professional
Experience and Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant with post- qualification experience
- Automotive and/or commercial experience will be advantageous
